Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager - Italian/ English
Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager Flash

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Position Summary: To manage relationships, provide sales support to assigned customers and ensure products are in channel. Also to conduct business reviews, make recommendations to management and to ensure both correct and competitive pricing while maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

Essential Functions:
  1. Provide your manager with a monthly report POS/NEG – detailing the high and lows of your market and any relevant information regarding competition during the preceding month by the 5th of the following month.
  2. Primary point of contact for your assigned accounts in your region, ensuring customer satisfaction for all areas not only sales (RMA, Finance, etc..).
  3. Use the Siebel system to quote prices to customers, use of the notes to detail your quotes. Negotiate prices in order to maximise Kingston profitability. Follow up promptly on offers in order to ensure projects are won.
  4. Stock management – ensure that your customer is carrying the right amount of inventory for their run rates to avoid unnecessary costs to Kingston.
  5. Record calls in Siebel or on the phone system as required.
  6. First level Technical support functions, these calls if technical in nature are the object of a service request in Siebel to be passed on to Technical support.
  7. Identify opportunities from inbound and outbound calls by questioning the customer and passing the call on to the appropriate Field sales representative as needed.
  8. Support Kingston Field sales representatives by making them aware of key large project and strategic opportunities.
  9. Make sure that you are aware of industry trends, technical changes, pricing, and channel evolution in order to become an expert in your field.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education /
Qualifications:


Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience /
Knowledge:
Italian and English to business level standards
Solid experience within a commercial environment is essential, together with a proven track record in sales / account management (ideally IT product related)

Additional core European language (Spanish/French/German) would be an advantage.
