Official Give-away Rules

    No purchase necessary to enter or win; give-away open to legal U.S. residents, void in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win.

    Kingston Technology, Inc. is hosting a give-away that will be highlighted on the Kingston HyperX Community Facebook Page. Winners will be selected at random per the give-away rules.

    3. Eligibility: Give-away is open to persons who, as of date of entry, are legal U.S. residents and are at least 18 years of age or older. Give-away void in Puerto Rico and Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees and family members are not eligible to win.

    • - Show us how you upgraded your system (or plan to) by posting a photo and/or description of your system.
    • - Share with your friends and have them “like” your post.
    • - The more “likes” your post receives the more entries you get for the random drawing to win Rock the Bells 2012 tickets.
    • - (3) Grand prizes of (2) Two-Day VIP and Backstage Passes to Rock the Bells 2012 for each show.
    • - (6) Second Place prizes of (2) Two-Day General Admission Passes for each show

    5. Prizes: 21 total prizes will be awarded.

      1) (3) grand prize winners will each get (2) Two-Day VIP Tickets to Rock The Bells 2012 Show limited to one winner per venue (Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York). VIP Tickets include an Artist Meet N Greet, 2010 Festival T-shirt, Backpack, Poster, Credential, 2 Drink Tix (Under 21 non-alcoholic), Red Carpet Entry, VIP Party, Private Full Bar, VIP restroom facilities.     6. Additional Conditions: By entering, entrant warrants that material is his/her original work, it has not been copied from others and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entry.

    Sponsor and its Affiliates are not responsible for entries that are misdirected, not viewable, late, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, cell phone malfunction, traffic, or incompatibility at the Web site or elsewhere. All entries become the property of Kingston and will not be acknowledged or returned.

    Entry in this Give-away constitutes entrant’s irrevocable, and in perpetuity, permission and consent, to use submission and entrant’s name, likeness and address for editorial, advertising, commercial and publicity purposes by Sponsor and/or others authorized by Sponsor, in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world. Sponsor and/or others authorized by Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify Submissions.

    Each entrant releases and discharges Sponsor, the Judges, any party associated with the give-away, and agents or representatives, from any and all liability in connection with the give-away, including without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, loss or damages, demand or actions of any kind.

    7. Notification of Winners: Prize winners will be announced or notified three weeks before each show date.

    The Rock The Bells concert dates are; August 18-19th 2012 Los Angeles; August 25-26th 2012 San Francisco; September 1-2nd 2012 New York;

    If winners cannot be located, alternate prize winners can be selected by Sponsor. In the event that Winners are disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award prizes to alternate entrants.

    8. More Rules: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Give-away void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend give-away or any portion hereof at any time without reason or explanation; or to disqualify any individual who attempts to unfairly manipulate or corrupt: (a) Give-away, (b) any Web site associated therewith, or (c) the Give-away is otherwise not capable of running as planned.

    9. Governing Law and Venue: Give-away shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
